My son is about to adventure for the first time to Thailand out of Australia, meeting up with his girlfriend who went to the UK in January and is meeting up with him and spending some time there then both coming home. I am a little worried, yes he is 27 but what goes on these days does concern me. Do I have cause to worry? Please tell me I don't! I have told him to make sure his luggage is very secure but maybe paranoia is setting in.

I have not been to Thailand sweetheart but from what I can gather you have no need to worry about your sons luggage being tampered with him - just make sure he doesn't take anything home for anyone and he should be fine. I hope he has a great time and you don't worry too much! xxx

At 27... he is hardly a kid anymore. And as long as he is a responsible person... knows right from wrong... and does not do foolish things like a 18 year old... you have nothing to worry about.
