How often do you eat fast food?

Do you enjoy eatting fast food?and how often do you eat fast food? As for me ,i enjoy the flavor of the fast food , i used to eat fast food every day.But now i realize that i can't eat too much fast food, so i eat fast food twice a week.

I love the taste of fast food but I am hypglicemic so I can't reaaly eat it all that often. So I treat myself to fast food three times a month. Ths strange thing is I have found that doing it this was makes it more of a treat for the kiids too.

I ea fst food at least onc a week, but I keep it to a maximum of 3 times a week. I don't think I could eat more than that. It get's to be a bit boring after that.
