Any advice for American Parliement debate?

I'm about to take part in an english debate contest and it uses american parliement debate's structure. Only two debaters each team, with POIs
This is something that i haven't even heard before so i want your advice for that and i'm wondering if there's some kind of educational videos about this type of debate.
