sitting Postures while working on pc?

1) Mouse shouldnot be away from your body.It has to be just abobe your thighs. 2) Key board also should be just above your thighs 3) Monitor should below your line of sight 4) How you sit really doesnt matter but dont sit too long at a stretch. Now and then walk, ben your body, flex your muscles 5) For every 30 mins, take your eys of the computer and stare at a distant object for 10 secs and then immidiately stare at the nearest object for 10 secs. 6) Rotate you wrists and ankles in clock-wise and ant-clock wise. 10 counts for every hr.
