HELP! My dog ate my rose!

My dog is fine, but my poor plant has no shoots off of it now and I was wondering if anyone knows if it will grow back. The roots were not affected, even though she pulled it out of the pot!
I was wondering what to do. I did replant it, but there is no leaves or anything.
Thanks in advance.

No, I didn't know that I could plant them anytime of year. We are still having winter weather here though, so I didn't plant it outside and placed it in a pot for in my house right now.
I also heard that you can take a part of the rose plant and just put it in sand and it will grow. I have not tried this though.

I don't know much about plants but I guess it could, if the roots and bulbs are not affected.
