What time do you usually go to bed?? Where?? Why??030

Hello All, Simple question really - What time do you go to bed?? And if its late then why?? And how do you feel when you get up in the morning?? Who here crashes on the settee most nights?? I think you get the picture!!! Thanks to all who respond!

I usually go to bed around 12 MN or 1 AM. I usually have some insomias especially when I came from a night duty and suddenly I go for a morning sifht. This is terrible for me because I usually fell sleepy when I go to work the following day.

I will usually go to bed around midnight or later. I really enjoy the quiet time after everyone else goes to bed. I will watch tv or I will be on the internet trying to earn a little extra money. When it comes to Saturdays, there are a few shows that comes on late and because I like to watch them, I will stay up to 1 in the morning before going to bed.

I work late. And DH likes to watch shows that are shown late in the night. Both of us wait for the other to finish and then we both crash up.
