can any one out there help me ? i was looking thru my folders and found a message that i saved and wanted to mail it to my contacts but when i put it i n then microsoft office comes with their email on the screen and i cant find a way to send it [no send button on the header bar. ?????&^%#$@&&^_)+++

You're quite obscure on this, but it seems like you want to send a saved file to your contacts as attachment. If you're using an Outlook, just compose a new message, put on your contacts' addresses and attach that file you want to send. Same manners with using yahoo mail, gmail, or hotmail.
