Will David Glass ever spend money on the KC Roayls?

I'm tried of seeing overly wealthy retired CEO's cash out their stock options and then buy a major sports franchise! David Glass has no business owning and operating the Royals unless he's willnig to open his checkbook and spend some money acquiring solid baseball talent.
