Dell isn't an OS, but I'd definitely have to go with Apple. I'm not a big fan of Dells. Every Dell I've ever come into contact with was incredibly unreliable, and quick to slow down for no apparent reason. [after just a few months of moderate use, with -no- internet access whatsoever. Can't blame viruses.]
but then again I might be a little biased. I love Apple. Macs are so pretty, and I feel like they're so much more user friendly. I haven't had a problem with one, and at all of the schools I went to, those were the only computers that they had. The downside of course is that with Macs, you're stuck with the large price tag.
