I want to know what is the youngest you can be to be on Mylot? And what is the youngest to have a paypal account?

I think one should be 18 in order to have paypal account (verified). But one can join mylot as a teen ager and start posting the discussions and responses. The money thus earned can be kept there till one reaches 18 to redeem it.
