Looking for Recipe: Oatmeal Cookies for diabetics / myLot

i used to bake oatmeal cookies using Quaker Oats but i lost my recipe several years back. Does anyone have a recipe of oatmeal cookies that are modified for diabetics 'cause my father is one and we'd like for him to have a snack that is good for the heart as well as okay for his blood sugar level.
