I am a young ambitious kenyan and done a web design course. I would like to build a commercial website that does not really need a server(database),but attracts users to it,so that I can do advertising for companies to get revenue. For example "freesms.co.ke" are able to advertise through telemarketing,but their business needed a lot of capital...to buy credit and to rent the server. So what idea or ideas do you have for a simple commercial website targetting kenyans? What can be the hooking factor bearing that the capital is little.
