I dont know where to post this question. However, since it is part of being a parent. I decided to try. We have hardwood floors at home and Oh my gosh, for any parent planning to remodel. Hardwood floors are not good for anyone who does not have time for cleaning. I agree it looks like but one of the hardest to maintain. I notice that many bigger homes have hardwood floors but they also have the money to hire cleaners with professional equipment to clean the floors. I notice recently my floors are leaving residue marks from the cleaning product. I been using Orange Glo and Murphy oil free cleaners. it has a nice shine but after that I see marks where my mop stop and started again. There is a line of little specks of (looks like) residue from the mop and combination of the cleaning products. Anybody have suggestions what kind of product should I use? I don't have the money to replace the hardwood floors with tile so what should I do?

I love hardwood floors, it's easier to clean them than shampoo carpet. I use this http://www.methodhome.com/products.php?cat=type&prod=starter_kit&type=omop It leaves no residue, and I just wash the microfiber towel with the rest of my towels. The cleaning solution smells really good too!
