Questions about alertpay

I was about to join a website that said that they paid via alertpay and I was just wondering if anyone here has a alertpay account and if you do is it easy to get money from there to your bank account or is it more difficult than paypal....do they charge you so much for getting money like paypal does(like a percent of what you are paid they take out for themselves) and if so how much is it and have yo uever had any kind of problem using alertpay?
