I just BBQ some seasoned Chicken breast earlier it was soooo good I made some pico de gallo and heated some tortillas up chopped some celantro and that baby was ready to go. I just love cooking out side, I don't know what it is but it brings me to life, kinda like being closer to God and nature maybe like it was in the beginning when they cooked. I wonder what seasoning they had back then. Something to think about. Well that chicken was amazing and I think I may need to walk a mile now to get rid of it ,lol. Good cooking to all of you.
