Feel like I am beating my head against the wall looking for a college

I have been trying to help my husband find a college to attend for what seems like forever. He wants to go to college for video game programming and we just can not find the right college. We have looked at Full sail (too expensive, they do not have the right kind of senior project, don't offer internships), multiple colleges in California listed on the Blizzard games site (only one offer programming but it is $17K a SEMESTER!), EA's site isn't much help either...I have checked forums, gaming companies..All of these companies employ people, but the colleges they hire from don't offer half of what they are really looking for..I don't know where else to look! Help!
