how many out there sleep late at night

hi ,i m game freak.i dont know when it strikes 1 or 2 am when i start playing a game i get so busy that i forget about the time.m i the only one or r there other's like me who keep playing ame's late at night.and how many hours do u play in a day.

actually it is not only playing for me. I spend my time on websites,doing some work, or reading political documents some nights,and some nights I play games that's right and it really causes me to sleep late at night. I usually sleep at about 4:00 AM here, As I have just mentioned, the reason could be the games but also could be other things.
Sleeping so late at night is not a good thing though. I feel that when I wake up the next morning. My muscles and my eyes are not fit enough for the daily life and it might cause some stress
