Have you ever signed up for a get paid to site where you never got your money. This has happened to me so many times. The sites say that in a matter of days you could make the payout which is usually like 30 or 50 and you take all the offers and it takes like 3 weeks for them to finish pending. Then you have to wait another week for them to actually go into your account. Most of the time the offers show up as not even being filled out after i spent like 1 hour filling it out! I get so frustrated. Has this happened to anyone else or am i the only one that has problems with this!

I would imagine that a very large number of people have. It's very easy to get sucked in by the promise of big, easy money by doing very little, but in reality it's impossible to do that. I've fallen for a couple of them, but now I take the time to do research on programs that seem interesting to me.

I had that happen to me so many times too! It's so frustrating. Especially when you request payment thinking you'll get it within a few weeks... and you never see it. About two years ago i even got sucked into one of those paid survey membership sites (the ones that say only 34.95!). Worst $35 I ever spent. I felt so stupid after I realized I had gotten ripped off. They said I would make like $1,000 in the first month. I don't know why I believed it. I created a website that gives a full paid survey list just like the one I got sucked into paying for (it's called Flurbl.com); I figured I better use the list of surveys I paid for and try to make my money back!
