who give The name to your children?

when you have a baby ,who give the name to your baby? yourselves or your spouses? or your parents and your friends?
I don't have a child at present, so i don't know seveal years latter ,when i give birth to my baby ,who will givve the name for him .
My name was given by my father ,while my older sister 's name was given by my mother.

My husband named my first and third son. I named the second son. We named our fourth son together. My second son named our fifth son (hubby and I couldn't agree on a name, and he said he wanted to name him Cody, and we both liked that one!). My last son my husband named Luke because he wanted to say, "Luke I am your father." After 6 boys I finally gave in!
