cheese recipes from TV show Iron Chef America

Yesterday I saw an Iron Chef America TV program with chef Mario Batali and some other chef (can't remember his name) with the secret ingredient being - cheese. I would like some recipes from the show. How do I access it. I've been trying to locate that show on the net but have not had any luck. Thanks, Janet
