What really helps?

I recently found out, within the past year, that I have high blood pressure. They currently have me on medication for it, which isn't working. So, I was just wondering what really helps?

hhhmmm.. how about try to relax more? cool yourself down, control your temper, do more activities like exercise or even go to the spa. Bottomline, you just need to be more relax. =)

I'm usually a pretty calm person. I think the doc mentioned something about salt intake, but I can't remember! Thanks for responding!

i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle hypertension.
