Do y'all wish we had an edit button here on mylot? I find that I usually end up with at least one typo in my responses and hate that I can't go back and edit it! I try to proof read, really I do, but for some reason I still miss the typos until the post is actually up. Nothing serious, but things like here instead of her, or waist instead of waste - ARGH! Makes me crazy! (Or am I just a complete idiot and haven't found the edit button???)

i will always have this problem and i also dunno why.. I just cant see my own typo error till i hit the submit button, and there straight away, i can see my own typo error right in my face.. LOL ^_^ I guess, it's just something we cant help it.. haha

Too true - just like I don't notice the typo in a very important fax until AFTER I've already sent it - sigh - maybe the universe's way of keeping us humble?

i also wish that there should be an edit button so if in case, we wanted to add or something in our discussions, we can use it and it's very helpful to us if they put an edit button

Add or even delete - sometimes I type something, go back and read it and it makes NO sense at all!

That has been my wish fo a very long time sherryl, I Have been to other writers sites but they have room to fix those editorial problems in a smart way-here you post and there is nothing else you can do!

ARGH - makes me crazy - I always see that type right after I hit the submit button - LOL! Ah well, I guess we can't have everything!

I have the same problem with typos and I proofread as well. *LOL* I always notice one little thing about the post after I have already hit the post button. I preview it most generally to make sure it looks right and then hit the button to post it. Everywhere else I have ever posted things I have been able to fix it before other people notice it. It drives me crazy as well.

yes yes me too. I always type so fast because i want to get my view on here and then afterwards I see my typos and realise that people reading it must think Im a bit mad for some of the things it turns out saying

LOL! I figure most people on here think I'm a bit mad anyway, but the typos certainly don't help!
