I am having issues with getting to sleep at night, well it all started about a few years back,I had to take something to help he get ready to sleep, yet then I got pregnant and stopped taking the sleeping pills, and after I had my daughter I seemed fine and had no problem sleeping, and within the last 2 weeks my sleeping problems have returned. I have tried everything except pills again,I have tried taking warm showers before bed, which usually makes me tired are not working anymore or even giving up caffine before bed and even tried relaxing in the bed with a good book before trying to get some shut eye.Do you have any thing thats works for you? That might help me.Thanks

I'm sure you've already thought of this, but another idea is to try to get some exercise in the day. Perhaps get a stationary bike and ride it an hour or so a day, or enroll in an aerobics class.. or go swimming.. or just take a long, brisk walk. Hope you are able to get lots of rest soon!

I have had the worst time sleeping ever since I lost my job, I usually play my DS or stay on the computer! I think the best to do is sit with a cup of decaff. tea and honey and relax. i have this great hypnosis cd, it's for weight loss but puts me right to sleep! doesn't work for weight but great for sleep!

I have the same problem and usually have to take something. If I don't rely on taking something usually reading or staying on computer until I'm really weary will work. It's tough and I know how you feel. I hope you find something that works for you!
