is hard work essential to achieve something in life?or inborn talent and luck have any role.....what do you say.......

hard work is very essential to achieve something but some times inborn talent and luck good for some one. Like a Cheetah has an inborn talent of speed but if it doesnt do hardwork of running behind its pray then it will starve. so both things are necessary.
