Actually, I hardly monitor my earnings here on mylot as I don't bother much about that cause I always want to maximize the fun I get every minutes on mylot so it will keep me going. But, I just can stop wondering which earn more and why, is it starting a new discussion or responding to other peoples' discussion? Which do you think has earned you more?

When a discussion of mine got a lot of responses, I commented on each response and I rated the responses, that discussion got into the days hot topics and the daily digest, so it was a good earner for me. On another day when I started a discussion and only got 2 responses I did not earn as much. There is no set amount paid for each post or response you make. MyLot does not work that way, you just have to be more active in many ways to earn more.

I don't think it matters to them how much you respond or how much you start topics. I think they're looking for good, thought-out answers. I see people start out 20 topics a day, and the most of their sentences/questions were 5-10 words long. and their responses are only 1 or 2 words. they have an extremely lowrate. If you're here for the money, you're not going to make a lot. if you're here for the interaction, to help others and to offer good participation among the board, then you'll do fine. I think people who actually put in some effort get paid more.

Yes I agree with you; people who put in effort in any endeavour in life always reap good at last. I'm here cause I really like to interact and help people as much as I can

I am participating on mylot from a very log time and i think we earn more for starting new discussion but then you wont get anything if your discussion goes un answered............if it is neglected by every body...
