best exercise for you....

is it dancing, walking,swimming or jogging? I love dancing every morning as my daily exercise? no pattern really, just any moves..lol

As much as I love dancing and have since I was a very little girl the BEST exercise for me is actually bike riding..I love being outdoors, the area I live in is actually fairly hilly and its country roads so traffic isnt an issue and it causes the least amount of pain when it comes to my physical issues..

ohhh..yea I can imagine that too.. honestly, I tried my very best to learn biking when I was younger but I always fall..lol..

Really I do not have a regular exercise now.But I think the swimming is the best one.Dancing is also good.In these both cases most of our body muscles get excersise.I want to give one more good and soft excersise.It is the Namas doing by muslims.I think it also a good excersise.Thanks checaprocorn

Namas? How is it performed? I agree about swimming too, I do love that though I'm not a good swimmer but we just dont have pool here closer to our place!lol

I sing and dance with my music on. I go all over the place twirling and twirling. Just doing all kinds of moves. I don't do this though when my husband is there. Just when I am by myself. I do like to walk also and I go over to the fitness room across the street from me. I get on the treadmill and put my headphones on and start the treadmill up. I like to walk on the treadmill with it inclined to at least 5. That gives me a good workout. I do that for anywhere between thirty minutes to forty five. It makes me feel real good when I am done.

Thanks for the BR. If I had a treadmill at home I would have a television where I could watch it while I was on the treadmill. I would put nature tapes or tapes where there is it is like you are in the country side than I would be walking for longer period of times.

I wish I have that here too..I just saw that on TV and I really wish to try it..walking in the treadmill..lol..exciting!by the way, I also oftentimes at you tube then I'll sing as loud as I can when im alone..lol

Well lately I have been walking everyday that is good exercise. However the best exercise for me is swimming as it uses all my muscles. When I do get my act together I usually swim 1 kilometre each time I go and I always feel refreshed and toned afterwards.

For me, the best exercise would be swimming and regular walking. With swimming, you get to stretch every part of your body. You get to burn a lot of calories and that you get your muscles all relaxed. Walking is a good cardio exercise. It is good for your heart.

My bst excercise is alking the dog which I do twice a day. There are fields behind my house with a really steep hill. Twice up that slope in a day is enough to keep my cardio-vascular bits in good shape, I reckon. Also I have started leaving the car on the drive and walking to the city centre whenever possible. It's about to miles each way.

I like out door jogging either in the morning or evening. I love doing some physical exercises after getting up. I would go for swimming occasionally during hot days. To have regular exercise that sweating a lot could keep our body healthy and fit.

going to the ymca swimming pool and doing aerobics and water walking..and riding my bike..that seems to work..but i lost 26 pounds since dec third..and watching what i eat helps too..see ya FRiend

I love to dance to, it is the best form of exercise that works for me! You can do whatever moves you want and just get rid of some stress too. I always feel so much happier after, my little girl who is 2 enjoys it too. I like to walk, I walk the kids to school and back everyday, I enjoy that. I have not been swimming for a while, I used to go once a week but I stopped going for some reason, jogging, no, definately not! I cannot stand jogging, I do not know how anyone can think that it is fun. My dad used to make me go with him as a child and I hated it.

Belly dancing is the one for me. I have this belly dancing basic moves dvd that I follow. I like it because it is low impact exercise but I sweat a lot.

Ohh..I agree and I tell you, we have tried that in our office last year and we will not finish it. We will just laugh and laugh since none of us can follow! It looks easy to do but just that we have this very hard belly! hahhahaha...I really admire people who can do belly dancing, its really beautiful!Hopefully, one of these days, I will be able to do it by myself!

me too especially when im alone but,lately im just forcing myself to avoid dysmennorhea! this is the only remedy besides taking pills..I also dont like to be dependent on pills so every morning I just spend like 10 minutes dancing anything moves!

for me i prefer swimming. my whole body is moving when im swimming. and i love water so much that at times i stay for the whole day on the pool..
