ban computer games for children ?

Children below the age of seven (7) years should be banned from playing computer games or risk damaging their brains according to this report:

i totally disagree! i think some games help children immensely and in today's society they need to be computer literate. my cousin is autistic and at age 3 he is more advance on mac computers that i EVER was. thats his recreation and enjoyment and he derives serious pleasure from his computer time. my newphew at 18 months, knows some basic command of the mouse and is learning his abcs that way
