I need a loan for a business.... how can I get it?

I have 3 great business ideas. Each starting at a different seed price. I would like to know how I can get money from the government or from private companies to start soon. Business plans are in the works! I have no credit. No liquid investment and no collateral. Am I in over my head? Is there no way?

The best thing to do is to talk to some at the Small Business Administration. They don't give loans, but can point you in the right direction.
