How do you relax?

How do you relax yourself when you are depressed? I am depressed now because of my work and my business.I really cant concentrate on anything. how can i overcome this? any suggestion please.

Relaxing as depends on what your interests are. Probably feeling low you don't have much interest in anything, so try to find something to get "addicted" to. Video games, such as world of warcraft (if that's your thing), or online games that take up your attention and really don't require much thought. Such as Yahoo bingo. Exercising can be a good way to spend your time. Get a gym membership, work out, and maybe meet new people. Do something you don't normally do, like go to a cafe for a cup of coffee and strike a conversation with someone there. Take long showers listening to your favorite music. It's the little things that are going to help overcome this. I try a variety of things. including all the above. I've taken to trying new recipes for meals. Some of these are relaxing, and others just try to get your mind off of things and leave work, at work.

just try to relax. listen to some good music , try to meditate , divert ur mind somewhere else for some time ~pinks~

What do you really like to do? Read, watch t.v., talk a walk? Whatever you like to do, go out and do it. Get away from the business for a while.

I relax by listening to music. I think you should sing the song with all of your heart. To relax yourself and think good, think positive and lift all your worries to God.

Make your bedroom a quiet clean enviroment by tidying it up and changing the sheets on your bed. Then change into something comfortable, slip into bed and take a nice long nap. Things always seem clearer and easier to deal with after sleep.

I relax by sitting in the hot tub in the backyard, with a good book, or just sitting here infront of the computer writing, and doing research. I also like to go to the local coffee shop a few times a week.

I relax by playing keyboards! i do not how bad when something bad is happening to me this is the way to be better!

Physical exercise definitely helps. I don't know the mechanism but it works for my friends.
