Music Search Engine is illegal or legal?

I develop a search engine for music or song which enable to search and download the music.But i not store any music file at my server.I only search music at internet.I am not sure it is illegal or legal.What your think about it?When vistor type "blue" and it search over the internet and provide the download link to visitor.
