Over acid? Is this a serious health concern?

I believe this is a very serious problem. In my family all three of us were acid on the PH scale until we alkalized and I had almost no energy until I alkalized. They say cancer can't thrive in an alkaline environment,but some so called experts says their is nothing to it. What is your opinion?
