My dog, is very stubborn, she refuses to do a number 2 when it is cold, rainy, or snowy outside. It drives me absolutly batty, because if she doesn't do it outside, she tends to wait until we leave the room, and do it in the middle of the floor! She always manages to do it on linolium though, so it's a lot easier to clean up, but that's besides the point. I wish she would just quit her baby stuff, and just go to the bathroom! I know she has to go when she's out there, because she'll get into her pooping stance, start to shiver, and stop, than run for the door. She drives me nuts. Does your dog give you a problem about going to the bathroom outside when it's cold, rainy, or snowy out?

My two dont like doing it outside when its cold, ranining, snowing either but I make them do it. I have a fence out my back door so they cant go running off..we havea doggie door for them.. The younger one would do her business in the house.. Well now I make sure she does it outside.. They are small so their poop is small but I got upset. I stand by the door and look outside to see what they are doing. I wont let them in until they do it..

My dog doesn't give me much trouble with that anymore. He hates the rain, but I just kept standing out there with him in pouring rain for half an hour or more until he went. He didn't ever get the choice to go back inside, so he learned to hurry up instead so he wouldn't get too wet. He does however sometimes take forever to go if the weather is good, just stands there and sniffs the air, but that doesn't really bother me.

Heres what you do. Leave her outside untill she goes or try what a friend of mine did. Her pup would pee outside but not poo till he got in the house. She decided to try this. Bring her in after she pees and turn right around and take her back out. It confuses her a little but she will do her buisness outside insted of in the house. Give it a try maybe it will work for you. Good Luck! ~May The Kisses Of An Angel Cover And Protect You Always~ Copper

I do not have any type of pet, but I would hate to worry about that. Yea I tell you dogs they really hate to be in bad weather. It can be snow, rain, or anything. How old is your dog? I hope that you do not have to worry about this often. That would really irritate me.
