how to make friends with foreigners

i want to improve my oral english, but i'm in China now, there isn't enough atmosphere for me to practice my oral english. Learned from my friend that he keeps friends with some spanish through internet,so i intend to contact with some foreingn friends too. can you give some suggestions about this

HI.I'm Chinese too.as you can see,i am new here,Making friends with foreigners is not so difficult.I have lots of foreign friends.they are all very nice.maybe you should post here more.Sometimes foreigners add you as freinds.GOOD LUCK!

You can get them through online or through pen friends, i have them from UK and US..
