I love to experiment in cooking foods. I made some dishes that had no names and serve it to our meals. They still love it and asking for more? like this one that i made. Just name it if how you....
medium cube sliced meats,circle sliced carrots and potatoes,spices,seasonings,melted butter,little amount of cornstarch and water....
Did you had this hobby? cooking and experimenting?no names but delicious to eat with..

yes I make that stuff all the time it is a casserole or a stew and I love to experiment putting different things in it like that.

I had a ovendish i called "Toetoep" don't ask me why i thought of it because the dish different layers, and it sounds funny. The dish contains meatlof, peas, carrots, cucumber, mushrooms, tomatoes and top of with masted potatoes and a crushed rusk, little piece of butter so that you get a nice crust.
