My son has his two bottom teeth in, and just last night, his top two (both at the same time), cut through. Which teeth are due to come in next?

I actually thought there was an order they came in too but there is not. My nieces teeth came in all kinds of weird but her pediatrician said there is no specific way that they should come in. It is most common for them to get more bottom teeth again however.

Usually atleast with my boys they got there front two teeth top and bottom first then they got the teeth next to them. So he should end up with all four top and bottom teeth. Then I think the pointy ones are next and the molars are last. ~May The Kisses Of An Angel Cover And Protect You Always~ Copper

Hey, thanks. He's going through a bit of a rough time with them coming in. It's helps so I know where to put his oral gel.

Your welcome. You know what else works is to give him some tylonal while hes tething to help with the pain. Also give him a cold wah cloth or a cold teething ring. That will sooth the pain as well. ~May The Kisses Of An Angel Cover And Protect You Always~ Copper

He's been getting a little bit of tylenol, but with all the issues they've had with giving babies too much, I don't give it to him more than twice a day. He has two that are half way in on the bottom, and the top are now through. He's already busted one teething ring. So I've been giving him a thicker one. It seems to be working. Thank you!
