A friend of mine emailed me this video this morning, and it is absolutely awesome! If you think that elephants don't have talents other than just carrying things and people around, then prepare for a big surprise! Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=He7Ge7Sogrk Enjoy!

Besides, their gentleness and talents, do you know their dungs are being used to make into papers. The finished products are photo album covers, post cards and book marks. This is one way to save the forest and minimize global warming.

I remember seeing this on tv once. Can't remember when but it was some time ago but the elephant was in captivity. She created some awesome paintings that actually fetched quite a sum of money for the owner.

I'll bet the owners and trainers make a pretty penny off of those pictures too. Thanks sweetie.

I have seen this before and I loved it again. It reminds me of therapy. Art therapy for elephants. I wonder how long it took to teach the elephant to hold the paint brush or do you think it is just instinct?

I'm not sure. Maybe instinct. What amazed me was how picky the elephant was as to where he was going to first start painting. Thanks hon.
