It's not like it fools anyone if you jump into a car that is ovr 15 years old, and i smells very strongly of new car smell, do you think the car is new? or like me do you think the person who owns the car is weird?

I don't know anyone that's done it, but I guess that if it's not overdone, I don't see anything wrong with it. Some people just like the smell. Some people can't afford a new car, so they use the smell to help take them there mentally. There are many different reasons. But too much is too much!

lol yeah i'm not a mean person and am in no position to look down at people with little money. I just think you are what you are and so is your car.

I know quite a few people with old cars. And I am talking about the classic vintage cars. The ones that are over 50 years old. I know that they keep these cars in great shape and yes they do use car freshner. The key to car freshner is not to go overboard with it. I have seen many people even with the newer cars get a little too carried away. They are not weird by any means they are doing routine maintance on a classic vintage car.
