I don't. It's been almost 2 years since we removed the last one from our house.. At that time, environmental concern was not the reason. But it was the irritating colour of the light and the hard shadows it casted.. We use CFLs as a replacement, and fluorescent lights (tube lights) as the main source.. Both have a pleasant light. How about you?? Still haven't got rid of them? Why don't you do so?? Or if you have, why did you?? Do you use lots of CFLs??

We are slowly switching over to them. We have some that are fluorescent and have been since we moved into the house but the others had regular light bulbs. We ran into a problem with changing over to them at first because many of our lights were in ceiling fans or had globes over the bulb and the CFL's wouldn't fit. We had to buy ones that are shorter. We have the ones that are equal to 40 watts of light. I think we only have a couple left that aren't switched over. I do prefer them for how much light they give off and how little energy they use but the reason I like them most is I don't have to change them out as often.

I got rid of mines about a year ago. I remove mines because I heard of the money I could save.
