My 15 year old daughter is not with me

I have a question, has any single mother ever had their last teenage daughter to be raised, taken away and made Ward of State in the previous City and State while trying to relocate in another City and State for better employment?I have had a family crisis and some bad events that took place before I was able to travel to the City and State that would soon be my family's home last October 2007. My sister wasn't capable taking her in, so the gal through this State Agency suggested that I place my daughter with another family member or someone I trust. Well, at the time, my oldest daughter had just gotten married and was not living in the same town where her youngest sister was, so since school had already started, I didn't want to interrupt my youngest daughter's education, so I thought I was doing the right thing when I placed my daughter with our Pastor and his family whom we knew for 5 years. Well, to make this short, when I couldn't make it back in little over 2 weeks, the Pastor's wife was impatient, and called the agency. I couldn't make it in that time frame, because my car was not plated and registered until after Thanksgiving, I had no way to get my daughter until then, but then it was too late. So I am now going through the process of getting her back into my home. If anyone has a thought on this, I would like to hear, now I wished I insisted on taking my daughter with me when I left for the other City and State.
