can u tell me about LAKSA?

i ahve read a discussion of eating this laksa can u tell me what is this and what is it made up of?

Laksa is made up of either yellow rice noodles, vermicelli or kway teow. Added to this are tofu, fish cake, bean sprouts, occasionally small oysters. The dish is finished when all these are simmered into hot, curry soup and served with sambal. You're most welcome! Just glad that I'm able to give you some imagination on what laksa is about. To be honest, I think it's one of my favorite food as well. I particularly love the curry soup. O ya, forgot to mention that sometimes "tau pok" (it's something like tofu, but is more chewy) is added to laksa too and I just love it! =)
