I went to Longmen Grottoes, one of the World Cultural Heritage. When I walked in it I found that many of the grottoes are damaged very much.I feeled very sad.Why the people damaged it?Does the money so important that could make them care of nothing? What about the World Cultural Heritage in your country?Does it been damaged?

It is really sad when World Heritage is damaged and tourists find this upsetting when they see it. I think the security and making visitors aware of how they can leave footprints but only take away photos. The sort of damage seen in grottoes is some names carved into the rock. I live in the UK and tourist attractions are looked after quite well and World Heritage sites are kept pristine. I have been to Belize and was lucky enough to go to the ATM Caves. At the time I went only two tour companies were allowed to take groups there. The guides gave everyone an explanation of suitable behavior in there, like not touching the beautiful features inside the caves. Around the broken pieces of Mayan pottery we took our shoes off and walked in our socks. That is the sort of care I like to see for places like World Heritage sites.
