Every time, someone aks you for a favor, ask if him if he would like it with french fries.
As often as possible: hop around instead of walking
Tell your friend five days before a party, that you are not in the mood
Call yourself on the interphone and don´t modify your voice
Sing along in the opera

Good suggestions. I say that everytime someone starts a conversation, interrupt them over and over and don't let them get a word in edgewise. See how long it takes before they stop talking...to you...LOL.
