I am needing vitamin B12 injections once a month. I have seen a dietician who says my intake is good, but my body is just not using it at all. I am exhausted for the last week before I get the injection. Does anyone know anything they can share about this health problem please/

Did you try sublingual B12? You stick it under your tongue and it dissolves. I have found that it works well for me because it absorbs right away.

I have never heard of that. I have written it down and will ask at the chemist today, thank you.

You can get it at any health food store. Some other stores might carry it too. They kind of look like round, chewable children's vitamins. You don't need a prescription. The kind I use come in a small box and they are on cards.

Thank you so much for that information. I am in Australia and even though it is not readily available I found a stockist and bought some yesterday and I already feel so much better.
