Man utd were rather lucky to come away from the Riverside with a point in todays prem league clash against Boro. C Ronaldo opended the scoring with his 37th goal of the season on 9 mins and looked like it would be an easy day for use but Boro hit back with 2 goals from Alfonso Alves and had Man Utd on the back foot for most of the 2nd half. W Rooney equalised in the 70 th minute and Man Utd had the best chances and most of the play up to to final whistle. A big worry for man utd is Rio Ferdinand went off injured
