When I copied and pasted this URL into my browser it brought up a sign-in box for Windows Live. Is this the right location? No picture came up. Is there another way you can show this picture?

After posting this response I see the small icon and the actual link but i still can't view it. When I magnify the pic I get a blurry page and the link still brings me to Windows Live.

Thanks Sweety really appreciate ur efforts and no need to say sorry as "Thigs Happened" now i read the guides and good rules but do u think these are valid nowadays as well i mean that for ladies back 55 yrs I think now things have been changed But Sure U need to have proper HR policy for evaulation and appraisal of Staff , Take care u r sweet

That is just too funny...now not then...lol I had to pass it on to all my friends. Can you imagine that women were and still are thought of as inferior beings... I don't think I would have made a very good woman in those days.. I would have been quite the rebel I'm sure...lol

Sorry dude, can't open the file. Too bad I was really interested in learning what kind of regulations they run that time. I am sure they were sexist or discriminating. Because at that time, I could only guess right that women did not enjoy the rights our women today are enjoying. I hope you could give us another link for us to see what's the real deal with what you supplied us. Thanks.
