now i read the guides and good rules
but do u think these are valid nowadays as well
i mean that for ladies back 55 yrs
I think now things have been changed
But Sure U need to have proper HR policy for evaulation and appraisal of Staff ,

That is just too funny...now not then...lol I had to pass it on to all my friends. Can you imagine that women were and still are thought of as inferior beings... I don't think I would have made a very good woman in those days.. I would have been quite the rebel I'm sure...lol

Sorry dude, can't open the file. Too bad I was really interested in learning what kind of regulations they run that time. I am sure they were sexist or discriminating. Because at that time, I could only guess right that women did not enjoy the rights our women today are enjoying.
I hope you could give us another link for us to see what's the real deal with what you supplied us. Thanks.
