H&R block emarald card

Is anyone else having problems with their H&R block card (emerald) I had a deposit sent to the card through paypal and it's been a week and it's still not there. I also can't log into the website to check my balance or call over the phone and check. I talked to some one with costumer service and they were no help at all! They sounded like robots and could hardly understand English! I told them that I was having trouble signing onto their website to check my balance and she asked me for my e-mail address. I had to repeat it 4 times before she got it right, She then said "We will send you e-mail explaining how to solve this issue" I checked my mail and what she sent me was information on how to enroll my card! Which by the way is already enrolled and was not what I asked for at all! I google'd it of course like everything and found that a lot of other people all over the states are having trouble with the emerald card. No one is offering any help either which is the worse part.. I have tried everything and fortunately it was only $5 for me that I lost. Other people have lost thousands of dollars from this issue. I don't know if the people from that bank are stealing this money or if it's just a technical issue but either way they should be able to let us know what is going on! I want to know if anyone else is having issue's with them and if so what state are you in? This should be reported to the news channels to alert people not to use the H&R block emerald card.

At least it was only five dollars, that's always something. But strange that it happened at all - usually there's no problem with those cards
