my first ice storm experience.. ^^

a few days ago there was an ice storm here at first i didn't notice it, i thought it was just an ordinary heavy rain but then the sound was just getting louder and louder and then i thought that was weird, finally i realized there was something wrong.. LoL it took almost one minutes before i realized something unusual then i looked outside from the window, and i got stunned i saw lots of tiny white rocks hit the ground, they're like pearls and i finally figured it out it was an ice storm !! i smiled as i got excited that time :P that was my first time experienced an ice storm, wooow .. LoL i walked to the balcony, and there were lots of round tiny ice rocks there i picked one of them and brought it into the house, thinking of showing it to my dad LoL, i know i act like a child, hahaa but it didn't take long until it melted LoL i was really excited ^^ but those tiny ices caused serious damages almost all my roof tiles are broken my neighbors also complained the same thing but even it had caused damages, it still one big experience to me i enjoy it .. hahaaa how's the ice storm in your place ?? is it often happened ??
