Check out this site. It is great. People pledge to do certain activities, but only if a given number of other people do the same. It's all free to sign up and create pledges. Pledges can be about almost anything (let's keep it clean and nice, folks). You are only obligated to carry out your pledge or any pledge you sign up with, if it gets enough signees.
