This is purely one's belief and there is no scientific solution. according to Indian religiouus belief says the existence of Heaven and Hell. According to me it is an arragement to keep the soceity to practice morality. But there are a lot of atheist practice human values and follow a clean and good habits and maintain good manners. Instead of pondering about the unknown things, we can practice to be good and do good.
