how often do u do walking?

I usually walking at night. My doctor advise me that I should walking after I have dinner. Because if I walking first, I'll have feel hungry and I'll eat more and more. So I won't lost weight. After I have dinner and take a rest in short time, I walking for my stomach can be run fast.

I walk every morning and every night. Since in pregnancy it is considered to be the best exercise I could do to ready myself in birthing. I would normally do 30 minute walks in the morning before breakfast then another 30 minutes after breakfast. I would go walking after dinner, too before going to bed. It is a very healthy exercise.

Hello,salim! Walking is best exercise,may be morning or evening or both if possible.but walking in the park is considered best.you can enjoy the natural surroundings in a park which you won't get in street walking.I love to go for a walk only in the evening as i can't get up early morning.thank you.

Hi Salim, How r you I love walking and let me tell you that walking is the only exercise that I am doing willingly. Everyday I cannot walk a lot as I go to office, but luckily my office is at the distance of 25 minutes from the bus station and so every morning and evening |I can walk at least 25 minutes which makes 50 minutes a day, but on weekends I do walk more than 3 kilometers. I feel that walking is keeping me fit and healthy. How come you get time to walk every morning, do you get up very early in the morning or you have your own business and not the 9 to 5 job like us.
